Health Coach Controller displaying "Err"/ "RST" Error messageUpdated 8 months ago

Q: Help! There's an Error / RST message on my handset controller display.


Step 1 :  External Check

  1. Ensure there are no obstructions to the desk that may hinder its up-down movement.
    (no objects below the desk e.g. drawer/cabinet, or cables at the edges tugging on the desk).

  2. Plug out the cables attached to the Control Box. There should be a total of 4 cables attached to the Control Box. One for each Leg Motor (2 cables for 2 motors), one for the control box unit, and the last one is for the LED controller.

  3. After re-plugging in the cables, the LED should have either of the 3 displays.

Step 2 :  Conduct a reset

Display shows Error Code 
"Err12 / Err08 / Err07 / Err01"

Display shows "RST"

  1. Turn & hold the round controller to the left for 10 secs, until you see the display turn to "RST".

  2. Turn &  hold the controller to the left again to lower desk to the lowest point. 

The table should start to lower itself slightly, before raising a bit after that, creating a "bounce" in movement.
  1. Turn & hold the round controller to the left, to lower desk to lowest point.

  2. Continue holding the controller, until the table start to lower itself slightly further, before raising a bit after that, creating a "bounce" in movement.

  3. If the display shows the height of the desk, it should be working correctly now.



Step 3 : Unlock Health Coach Controller

1. Unlock your health coach and you are all set to make the required adjustments for your setup.
