Pro Memory Controller Displaying 'Error" Codes (Reset Required)Updated a month ago

Q: Help! There's an Error / RST message on my Pro Memory Controller.

*This applies to the following error codes: RST / E2 / E8 / E15 / E16 / E17 / E18 / E25 / E26 / E27 / E28 / E40 / E41 / E42 / E43

Step 1 : External Check

Ensure there are no obstructions to the desk that may hinder its up-down movement. (no objects below the desk e.g. drawer/cabinet, or cables at the edges tugging on the desk).
Step 2 :  Conduct a reset for the table 1.  Press and hold the "DOWN" button until the table is lowered. 
 2. Once the table starts lowering, do not release the button. 
 3. Continue holding until the table reaches the lowest point and slightly rises again (a slight 'bounce'). 
Once you observe this “bounce" and a beep from the buzzer, the table has been successfully reset.

If the error message continues after completing the steps above, please share the video recording and the production date on the table frame that is located at the leg with us. 

This will help us identify the root cause and assist with warranty claim processing if required.
