Q: Help! There's an Error / RST message on my Pro Memory Controller.
*This applies to the following error codes: E1 / E3 / E4 / E6 / E7 / E11 / E12 / E13 / E14 / E21 / E22 / E23 / E24
Step 1: Unplugging all cables (to the Pro Memory Controller)
- Two cables connecting from the motor legs of the Pro Frame
- One cable connecting to the power adaptor
- Power off your connecting electrical switch
Step 2: Wait for 5 minutes
Step 3: Turn on the connecting electrical switch and re-plug all connecting cables
- Two cables connecting from the motor legs of the Pro Frame
- One cable connecting to the power adaptor
Step 4 : External Check
- Ensure there are no obstructions to the desk that may hinder its up-down movement. (no objects below the desk e.g. drawer/cabinet, or cables at the edges tugging on the desk).
Step 5 : Conduct a reset for the table
1. Press and hold the "DOWN" button until the table is lowered.
2. Once the table starts lowering, do not release the button.
3. Continue holding until the table reaches the lowest point and slightly rises again (a slight 'bounce').
Once you observe this “bounce" and a beep from the buzzer, the table has been successfully reset.
We have attached a video for your reference.
