1. Normal wear and tear or degradation of the chair
Including, but not limited to;
- Wear and tear of the mesh
- Wear and tear of the top portion of armrests
- Wear and tear of the lumbar support
- Wear and tear of the exterior of castor wheels
- The variance of tightness in the mechanisms.
2. Any consequential damage to the Ergotune Products or damage to any property or damage to any person, caused by failure to adhere to:
- ErgoTune’s published instructions and guidelines.
- Accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes (including, without limitation, the use of the Product in unsuitable environments or conditions).
3. Defects caused by modification, alteration, misuse or lack of maintenance as per set out by ErgoTune.
- Includes failure to use, apply, install, reconfigure, or maintain the Product or component according to ErgoTune’s published instructions.
4. Minor aesthetic and cosmetic abnormalities or variations which do not affect the functionality of the Product.
5. The onsite labour fee to replace any defective parts on your ErgoTune chair.
- Where eligible, Ergotune covers the cost of the replacement part, as well as the cost of the delivery to the receiver's address.
- Ergotune will share replacement guide on the newly delivered replacement part.
- Should the user opt to engage the assistance of an onsite assembly agent to assist in replacement of the part, there is onsite labour fee applicable, at $60.
